I displayed this picture in
super high resolution so you could get a feel for how deep the river really is at the
falls. The water is about 3 feet deep here and the falls area about 1/2 mile wide. That's
a gob of water falling. You can stand within 5 feet of the top of the falls and look over
to get a feel of what it would be like to go over in a barrel.
